KOTH is a hill climb event with the primary objective of promoting the tradition of hill climbing veteran, vintage and classic motorcycles up a dirt hill. A hill climb is a series of trials against time or distance on a specially prepared hill. KOTH aims to foster friendship, fun and camaraderie amongst participants and spectators who share an interest in old motorcycles. KOTH also seeks to promote an aspect of motorcycling that is often overlooked and expose the public to a form of motorcycling that they might not ever thought of engaging with. On that basis KOTH aims to be family friendly. Any form of motor sport can be dangerous, everyone must adhere to the rules and take personal responsibility for their actions. Remember, this is about having fun, SAFELY!

KOTH IS BACK! After three years of COVID, fires and flood, we have locked in a date for the second KOTH - KOTH 2023. We've come a long way since the first late night conversation at the 2018 AMCA meet in Bulli NSW. With one event under our belt, we are aiming to go bigger and better in 2023. Similar to our 2019 event, volunteers remain to be the heart and soul of KOTH, with people volunteering to fill the roles of Clerk of the Course / Steward, time keepers, race marshals, scrutineers, hill hands, gate control, mechandising, parking attendants, etc... without our volunteers, KOTH 2023 wouldn't exist.

Key dates

• 15 September 2023 - Registration for bikes and riders close (but we reserve the right to accept latecomers!!!). Dont turn up on the day expecting to race if you haven't registered!
• 30 September 2023 - Gates open at 4pm to all registered campers (riders, crew, and volunteers).
• 1 October 2023 - Scrutineering and event day for all registered bikes and riders. Gates open to spectators from 9am to 4pm.
• 2 October 2023 (Labour Day Public holiday) - Clean up day (volunteers welcome!!!).
